DjangoZen processes all payments securely through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment platforms.

All transactions are encrypted with TLS and processed directly by Stripe. DjangoZen never stores your card details.
2. How to Purchase
Step-by-Step
- Browse the store at djangozen.com and open a product
- Select a license — Standard, Extended or Enterprise (price shown on each product page)
- Click Buy — you are taken to the secure checkout
- Enter your payment details on the Stripe-hosted checkout page
- Confirm payment — Stripe processes the transaction instantly
- Receive confirmation — an email with your download link is sent immediately
What Happens After Payment
- Your purchase appears in My Account → My Purchases
- A download link is available immediately from your account
- A receipt is emailed to your registered email address
- Your license is shown in your account dashboard
3. License Types
All DjangoZen digital products are available under three license tiers. Pricing varies per product and is shown clearly on each product page before checkout.

4. Downloading Your Product
After a successful purchase:
- Go to My Account → My Purchases
- Find the product in your purchase history
- Click Download — the file downloads immediately
Download Limits
- Downloads are available indefinitely after purchase
- There is no expiry on your download link
- You can re-download at any time from your account
5. Invoices & Receipts
A receipt is automatically emailed after every purchase. It includes:
- Order reference number
- Product name and license type
- Amount charged and currency
- Billing name and email
- Date and time of purchase
VAT / Tax
- Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable
- EU customers may see VAT added at checkout based on their country
- Your receipt will show the full breakdown including any applicable tax
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Eligible for Refund
- The product does not work as described
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not used or downloaded it
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
Not Eligible for Refund
- You have downloaded and used the product in a project
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with design style or colour choices (a live preview is always available before purchase)

7. Troubleshooting Payments
Payment declined
- Check that the card details were entered correctly
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds
- Try a different browser or disable browser extensions
- Contact your bank — some banks block online transactions by default
I was charged but received no confirmation email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Log in to My Account → My Purchases — your purchase will appear there even if the email was lost
- If the purchase is not visible, contact us via djangozen.com with the date and amount charged
Download link not working
- Log out and log back in, then try again
- Try a different browser
- If the issue persists, contact support via djangozen.com
Contact us via djangozen.com with your order reference and we will issue an updated invoice.
