Web UI Developer, NYC | 55-65/hour

I have a client in the city looking for an on-site Web UI Developer for a full time, on-going contract opportunity. In other words, the contract is indefinite (never-ending). They are trying to stay in the 55-65/hour range, but if you can somehow manage to fill a majority of their requirements, we can ask for a little more. Our client seeks a highly motivated and creative person interested in and experienced in web design and development. This person will work as part of the Online Marketing Team and be responsible for supporting all development needs for their marketing and ecommerce sites. This role will focus on building their web presence and begin building and integrating sales capability. Job Description: => Work closely with online team to plan, design and develop websites and web applications to support our marketing and sales objectives. => Work with our current web and SEO partners to ensure projects are completed according to business requirements. => Provide direction on technology and resource needs for the web team. => Develop and manage technical roadmap for website initiatives and maintenance requirements. => Manage the eCommerce website and ensure that its working appropriately. => Manage and Develop reports and dashboards that show progress and ROI to the business. This would include building a custom DB that pulls data from eCommerce platform, Google Analytics and other applications to provide complete view into online business.
