California-based education startup, Einztein.com, seeks Python / Django developer for project based freelance work Project involves building a learning community tool in Django. We need a person with strong experience in large scale Django work to support the development efforts of our team. Previous experience with social oriented applications and platforms (OAuth, Facebook API, Twitter API etc.) would be good. What's required: - 3+ years of Python development experience - Python web frameworks, specifically Django - Git/HG or similar version control systems - Comfortable in a Linux/Unix shell It would be preferable if you have experience in one or more of the following: - RESTful web services - Working on large high availability and high scalability web applications - HTML/CSS - JavaScript (specifically jQuery) - Cloud architectures (S3, EC2…) - Apache (and/or Nginx) - Linux/Unix system administration Salary DOE Contact: jobs@einztein.com
